Now, if Joy isn't singing your tune, you've got choices – you can bid adieu to your website and user account. Just remember, one step leads to the next. You must delete your website before saying goodbye to the user account.
Deleting Your Wedding
Ready to send your wedding website off into the sunset? Here's how:
Go to the "Event Settings" page from the admin dashboard.
Scroll down to the bottom of the 'General' tab.
Hit that red text, "I want to delete my wedding on Joy."
A box will pop up, checking if you're sure.
Type in "DELETE" then tap the "Delete My Joy Wedding" button.
BIG WARNING: Deleting your wedding is the real deal. It waves goodbye to all wedding magic and photos on Joy. Your guests? They're out too. Before hitting delete, give your cherished info/photos a safe haven on your personal computer.
Deleting Your User Account
Ready to take a step further and say farewell to your user account?
Be sure you've already deleted any weddings associated with your User Account.
Head to your account page
Click "Delete Account" at the bottom.
Type in DELETE in the text field and click "Delete Account". You'll be signing out, and a confirmation email will hit your inbox.
