As responses come in, the numbers start to matter. How many confirmed, how many declined, how many are you still waiting on? Whether you're updating your caterer or just satisfying your own curiosity, here's where to find your current count.
From the RSVP Page
This is the fuller view. You'll see your total attending, declined, and pending counts at a glance, plus a breakdown of responses by question.
Click RSVP from the Event Dashboard.
Tap Responses tab at the top of the page.
From the Guest List
If you're already in the Guest List or need to make some adjustments there and want a quick count without navigating away, the RSVP Tracking panel has you covered.
Click Guest List from the Event Dashboard.
Click the RSVP Tracking icon in the toolbar at the top of the page.
A panel opens on the right side of the page with your headcount and a breakdown of responses to each question.
