Your Go-To Q&A Guide

Guests will always have questions and your Q&A page is the best place to answer them. The more you put in, the less you'll be fielding the same texts over and over. Setting it up takes just a few minutes and can save you a lot of back and forth down the road.

Get to Your Q&A Page

  • From your Event Dashboard, hover over Website, click the arrow, and select Q&A.

Edit Your Q&A Note

The Q&A Note is a short greeting that appears at the top of your Q&A page. It's a good place to set the tone or point guests in the right direction.

  • Click the pencil icon next to the note.

  • Type your message.

  • Click the checkmark to save.

Manage Your Questions

Your Q&A page comes with a set of pre-written questions to get you started. You can keep the ones that are relevant, remove the ones that aren't, and reorder them however you'd like.

  • Click into the answer field below any question and type your response.

  • Hover over a question and click the up or down arrows to reorder it.

  • Hover over a question and click the X to remove it.

Add a Question

Need something that isn't already on the list? You have two options.

  • Click Add Question to open the FAQ Bank and choose from a list of pre-written questions.

  • Scroll to the bottom of the FAQ Bank and click Add Your Own FAQ to write a custom question.

  • Click Done when you're finished.
