We are heartbroken to share that on Sunday, July 26th, John Bergquist, our beloved husband, father, son, brother, uncle, and treasured friend, went to be with his Lord Jesus.

While John, Kristine, and Natalie were driving home from a camping trip, they were hit head on by a driver who swerved into the wrong lane. John passed away instantly; Kristine and Natalie were taken to the hospital with injuries; August was at work at the time and so was thankfully not injured.

John was a true man of God, advocate, mentor, storyteller, and an amazing family member and friend. He loved with his whole heart and had a deep passion for loving Christ and loving others. He made the world sweeter and brighter with his earnest, sincere spirit, his tender thoughtfulness, his fierce devotion to his family and friends, and the joy he shared easily and abundantly. He will be so deeply missed.
