The dress code for the day is formal (i.e. the level below top hats). We are also so excited for you all to enjoy the incredible grounds and gardens at Firle Place - bear this in mind when choosing your shoes. Grass and gravel are everywhere!

The envelope your invitation came in will include the individual names of everyone invited on it.

There is plenty of free parking available onsite. You are also very welcome to leave your car parked there overnight, to be picked up by 2pm on Sunday 12th September.

Our wedding ceremony is set to take place in an open air courtyard at Firle Place itself, and we are hoping to have drinks with you all outside, weather permitting. The wedding breakfast and the party will take place inside the Riding School.

Please arrive from 2pm to get settled in with a glass of fizz; we’ll be asking you to take your seats at 2.45pm, ready for it all to kick off at 3.

Please refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony - there is a very qualified professional in charge of that, and we’d love for him to capture all of your lovely faces instead of your phones.

Yes! We’ve got lots of great food planned throughout the course of the day, but we would recommend that you have a light lunch before we start.

Your invitation will be clear on everyone who we’d love to attend; we have chosen to prioritise the little ones we know best. Obviously, if things change for you on this front, just chat to one of us! Please specify any dietary requirements or allergies in your RSVP, and indicate whether or not you’ll need a high chair.

There is no formal childcare, kids’ entertainment or play area planned for the day.

The official curtain call will be at 11.45 - please book your taxis in advance.
