Q & A

For all our friends and family who have lots of questions, please check out our Q & A first!

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by May 1st, so we can have an accurate headcount :)

Can I bring a date?

When you RSVP, you will be able to see if you can bring a +1!

Are kids welcome?

Please reach out if you would like to bring children under 10 years of age! We will need to coordinate with the venue and caterer to make sure everyone is comfortable and well looked after.

What will the weather be like?

Welcome to the Bay Area! The weather here can be funny. During the day, the weather in East Bay (where the venue is) should be beautiful, averaging 70-80 degrees, but it can get chilly at night. If you are planning on traveling to San Francisco make sure to watch out for Karl (the fog!), bring layers & don't forget your puffy! It gets chilly in the shade and very warm in the sun.

Where should I park?

There is plenty of parking at the venue and a free shuttle from the parking area down to the ceremony and reception area!

Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?

Yes and there is a free shuttle from the parking area down to the ceremony and reception area.

What should I wear?

Please see our Schedule for the dress code.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Our wedding ceremony is outdoors, but our reception will be in a tent :)

What kind of shoes should/shouldn't I wear?

Make sure you can walk on grass in your shoes! Please do not wear stiletto heels. I repeat, do not wear stiletto heels. The ceremony will be in a grassy area and we will not have heel covers.

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?

Yes! We would love for you to take photos.
However, please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony and please respect our wedding photographer.

Whom should I call with questions?

Please call our lovely maid of honor Steph or dapper best man Sheriff with questions.
