When is the RSVP deadline?
Please RSVP by August 17th, so we can have an accurate headcount! Early RSVPs would be greatly appreciated. :)
What will the weather be like?
It will be fall in Virginia, so it will likely be in the 70s during the day, and could be slightly chilly at night. It is also possible it could be quite hot and humid. While our reception will be air-conditioned, our cocktail hour and ceremony will not.
Where should I park?
There is public parking at both Water Street Garage and Market Street Garage, walking distance from the reception venue. You can also park at your hotels and use a ride-share app.
What should I wear?
Our dress code is "Colorful Semi-Formal," and we encourage you to have fun with your outfit.
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
As of right now, the plan is for our wedding ceremony to be outdoors, but our reception will definitely be indoors.
Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?
Yes! We would love for you to take photos throughout the cocktail hour and reception. However, please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. We have a wonderful photographer who will be sure to get gorgeous photos of all of you.
Are kids welcome?
We love kids! Babes-in-arms are welcome to come, drink (milk) and be merry. Otherwise, please look to your RSVP.
