Wedding Ceremony
12:00 PM to 1:30 PM
Our wedding ceremony will take place at 12.30pm at St Thomas of Canterbury with St Peter & St Paul Church.
Please aim to arrive at the church by 12pm.
Please use post code WR13 6AU for the car park. Our reception will take place on the same grounds as the church. There is plenty of parking on-site and it is fine to leave your car and collect in the morning, if required.
Drinks Reception
1:30 PM to 3:30 PM
We're now married! Our reception will take place at Birtsmorton Court, which is only a short walk from the church.
Please grab a drink and join us for canapés on the terrace overlooking the moat. We'll then continue the celebrations in the White Garden.
Evening Reception
3:30 PM to 12:00 AM
A three course wedding breakfast will be followed by Cèilidh dancing. Bring your dancing shoes! At around 9pm, we will serve a buffet with a selection of dishes and desserts. We'll then party the night away to all our favourite tunes!

As much as we love your little ones, the ceremony and reception will be an adult only event. We hope you will enjoy a night off to let your hair down and celebrate with us!

For those staying for 1 or 2 nights (27th & 28th), we have arranged a discounted rate with the Hilton Puckrup Hall. The rate includes breakfast and free cancellation up until 3 days prior to the first night. The below link can be used to access this rate until 30th April 2023.

What will the weather be like?
The weather here can be unpredictable. At the end of May the temperature can range anywhere from 15°C to 25°C. It usually doesn't rain 🤞 (but it might!).
Where should I park?
There is plenty of free parking at the venue. Please use postcode WR13 6AU for the car park. It is also fine to leave your car and collect in the morning, if required.
Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?
Yes! We would love for you to take photos and share them with us. However, please refrain from taking photos with a flash during the ceremony. Please share your pictures with us via WhatsApp or by using this OneDrive link:
Is there WIFI at the venue?
Yes, there is WiFi available during the wedding breakfast and evening reception. The name is ‘Birtsmorton Guest’ and the password is 'festival' (all lower case).
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
A little bit of both really. The ceremony is inside the church, the drinks reception will be outdoors 🤞, then the wedding breakfast and evening party will be indoors.
What if I have a dietary restriction?
If you have special dietary restrictions, please add them to your RSVP response .
Shall I bring a gift?
Your presence at our wedding is the best gift we could ask for. Please do not feel obliged to give us a gift, but if you wish to do so, we would gratefully receive a contribution towards any of the items from our wedding list. Thank you.
