When is the RSVP deadline?
Please RSVP by December 31st 2023, so we can have an accurate headcount.
Are kids welcome?
Due to limited space family children only please.
What will the weather be like?
It's Devon it never rains !
Where should I park?
Parking is available in the hotel, on the streets nearby or around the village. Please ask us direct if you have any questions about this.
Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?
Yes and for people who will struggle with the mini Stagger we will have transport throughout the day.
You will need to book taxi's if you are a distance away for the start of the day and at the end of the evening.
The Venues are all close to each other and take less than 5 minutes to walk between.
What should I wear?
Smart but not formal, no hats needed and no shorts allowed Julian :-)
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Wedding is in the church and receptions are hopefully (remember no rain allowed in Devon) outdoors at both the hotel and Green Dragon. If rain does happen we have this covered! :-)
Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?
Yes! We would love for you to take photos and share them on our app Joy.
Please download this beforehand.
However, please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony as we have a professional photographer.
Whom should I call with questions?
Before the day you can talk to us or if you have any problems that you need help with we will have a few friends that will be helping out.
