Q & A
For all our friends and family who have lots of questions, please check out our FAQ first!
How do we RSVP?
Please submit your response as soon as feasible so we can plan accordingly. We hope you'll join us!
What time should I arrive?
We are hopeful that most of you will stay with us on Friday and Saturday nights. All are welcome to gather in the Mountain Top Tavern on Friday evening.
Are kids welcome?
We love your children, but please make other arrangements for this weekend. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Can I bring a date?
Please see your invite for your +1!
What should I wear?
Winter formal, please.
(What's that?)
Well, it's anything that you want to wear as long as you look great and are ready to dance. We recommend a suit for gentlemen and a dress for the ladies but encourage weather-appropriate shoes and outerwear during the outside ceremony (we will move the ceremony inside if the weather is terrible, don't worry).
Will there be dancing?
Yes, yes, a thousand times yes.
Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?
Great question. Please do not use your phone for photos, tweeting, or checking college football scores during the ceremony. Immediately afterward, go nuts. Much appreciated.
Tidbits
How did you first meet?
Our first date was at Dillon's in Boston, MA. We had so much fun that Saturday afternoon that we proceeded to arrange our second date for the next day!
What's your favorite activity together?
We both have had a lifelong love of skiing, so we were ecstatic after we realized that we both were experts! Despite how much Caitlyn hates being cold, she (almost) never complains about it when she's on the slopes.
What's the best meal you have eaten together?
Although Neptune Oyster is our favorite restaurant, our most memorable meal was when we had just started dating and Brett invited Caitlyn to visit him in the North End of Boston, where they took takeout tacos down to the waterfront for a sunset picnic. Caitlyn showed her flair for lavish entertaining that night by bringing a bottle of champagne, which solidified tacos and champagne as our favorite meal.
