You probably noticed a pop up message the last time you logged into your dashboard, but ICYMI (in case you missed it), you can find the new Elli designs from the Design page of your wedding website—withjoy.com/yourwedding/edit/style—and you can find all of the print options on Elli’s site as well.

And now a bit more about Elli! Below you’ll find some helpful Q&As that will give you an idea of the ways you can customize your Joy-themed wedding suites. Can you change the font? Color? Add additional text on the back? Take out a line? Add a line?

Yes! When you place the order, just write your request(s) in the Customization Request box. When your order comes through, a designer will send you a digital proof of the design for your review within one business day.

What kind of paper does Elli print on?

We print digitally on a white matte eggshell finish stock that is a top choice for fine stationery, at 120 lb / 17 point thickness. (exceptions: envelope liners, stickers, post cards)

Does Elli offer foil?

Foil isn’t yet available through the site, but they’re hoping to integrate it in the future!

Does Elli ship outside the US?

Unfortunately at this time, Elli does not ship outside of the US.

Are colored envelopes available?

At this time Elli offers only our house stock of white envelopes.

Can Elli print my guests’ addresses on the envelopes? What is the price?

Yes! You can use this product to order. The price is $0.30 each. You can also choose to include your return address on the back flap of these envelopes for an additional $0.30 each, which is a selectable option as you are personalizing your invites.

When will I receive my order?

Turnaround time with standard shipping is 1.5 weeks. (Expedited shipping is also available.) If you have any special requests you’ll receive a digital proof within one business day, and the turnaround time begins from the time the proof is approved.
