Our room block is located at the AC Marriott Hotel, with a discounted rate of $109 + fees per night. Rooms are available at the discounted rate Wednesday, December 6th through Tuesday, December 12th. Please use the link below to book in our block directly!
The hotel is connected to our wedding venue via skyway (2 minute walk).

Getting Downtown
Parking -
Midtown Garage (Parking Ramp) - 11 South 4th St. Minneapolis, MN 55402. Ramp is connected to the venue.
Downtown Auto Park (Surface Lot) - 509 Hennepin Ave, Minneapolis, MN 55403. Lot is across the street from the venue (1 minute walk).
Butler Park/Loop Parking (Surface Lot) - 100 N 6th St, Minneapolis, MN 55402 (2 minute walk).
Building Access -
From the Street - Entrances for the building are on both Hennepin Ave and S 5th St. Entrances labeled "Lumber Exchange". Once inside the building, take the elevators to Floor 3. Follow signs for "Brittani & Bailey Wedding".
From the Parking Ramp - Take elevators to Floor 3. Follow signs for "Brittani & Bailey Wedding".
From the Hotel: Take the hotel elevator the skyway level. Follow signs for "Lumber Exchange".
NOTE: There is another wedding occurring in the second venue space. Be sure to follow signs for "Brittani & Bailey Wedding".

Minneapolis Sculpture Garden - or as Bailey calls it, the Art Park. Located here is the famous cherry on a spoon and is one of the most notable photo locations in Minnesota. It's also only a couple of blocks from our first apartment. Dress appropriately for the outdoors!
The Lowry -
Our favorite dinner location but they also have a fabulous breakfast menu. We recommend making a reservation online. 7 minute drive from the hotel.
Number 12 Cider -
Britt's favorite place to drink. 3 minute drive or 11 minute walk from the hotel.
Utepils -
Bailey's favorite place to drink. 8 minute drive from hotel.

Thanks for taking the time to review our responses to the questions below.
I am coming from out of town. Where should I stay?
We have reserved a hotel block with a discounted rate at the AC Marriott Minneapolis. Please see the Travel section of our website for additional information along with the booking link.
What should I wear?
We're getting dressed up, and we invite you to as well! I know you have yet to wear that outfit you bought during COVID lockdown; this is your chance. Please follow a semi-formal/cocktail attire dress code. At the bare minimum, please, no jeans.
Are kids welcome?
Although we love your children, we are regretfully unable to extend the invitation to the children of our loved ones. RSVPs will be available for those named on your formal invitation.
Can I bring a date?
Please restrict the attendees in your party to those listed on your formal invitation.
When is the RSVP deadline?
Please RSVP by October 1st, 2023. If we do not receive your RSVP by then, we will assume you are unable to join us.
What should/could I do between the ceremony and the reception?
Enjoy our cocktail hour! Cocktail hour will begin immediately following the conclusion of our ceremony, in a space adjacent to the ceremony room.
Is there transportation being provided between reception and hotels?
Our wedding venue is connected directly to the hotel (AC Marriott). Guests can travel back and forth via the skyway without having to go outside!
Story & Tidbits
Of all the places where I thought I’d meet my future wife, I certainly didn't think that it would be at a St. Thomas baseball game. Luckily, when mine and Britt’s mutual friend Liam invited me so that I could “meet some of his high school friends”, I agreed to go. When I showed up, I was greeted by a short brunette who, with a firm handshake, introduced herself as Brittani.
Over the past four years, we’ve gotten to make a lot of memories together. One of my favorites is when Britt decided we should make homemade tomato soup. The confidence she exuded while making the soup was encouraging, but after tasting the final product, I realized that I was going to be the one to do the cooking for the rest of our lives. Another one of my favorites is when we adopted our first cat, Millie (yes, we are cat people). The pure excitement and joy Britt had when we decided to adopt her is something that I will never forget.
Our lives have changed a lot since that St. Thomas baseball game, but what hasn't changed is the love and devotion that we have for one another. We are so happy to be marrying each other and are glad that we get to share this special day with all of our friends and family!
Tidbits
What's your favorite activity together?
Sitting on opposite sides of the living room snuggling with our respective cats.
What's the best meal you have eaten together?
Literally anything Britt hasn't cooked.
