Q & A
For all our friends and family who have lots of questions, please check out our Q & A first!
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Both the ceremony and reception are indoors. St. Catherine of Siena church is a two-minute walk — outdoors — from The J House Greenwich.
When is the RSVP deadline?
Please RSVP by the designated date on your invitation to ensure an accurate headcount.
Can I bring a date?
Due to a limited guest maximum, Catharine and David are unable to accommodate plus ones at their wedding. All invited guests will be specifically named on each invitation.
Are kids welcome?
All children that are invited will be included on the appropriate invitations.
What will the weather be like?
Greenwich in October is classic New England fall weather. On average, the temperatures can reach to the high 60s and low 70s during the day and fall to the mid 40s at night.
Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?
While there is a strict policy against the use of cellphones during the ceremony at St. Catherine of Siena church, pictures are more than welcome during the reception at The J House Greenwich.
Where should I park?
The J House Greenwich is strictly valet parking, so when you arrive, hand over your keys and enjoy the day!
What should I wear?
Catharine and David's wedding is Cocktail Attire.
What kind of shoes should/shouldn't I wear?
To pair with Cocktail Attire, women can wear shoes such as heels, sandals, and flats. For men, oxfords, loafers, and monkstraps are acceptable.
Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?
Yes, both St. Catherine of Siena church and The J House Greenwich are handicap and wheelchair accessible.
What if I have a dietary restriction?
If you have a dietary restriction, please let Catharine or David know by July 2023 so they can choose the menu accordingly.
Whom should I call with questions?
