10:40 AM to 10:55 AM
Please arrive by 10:55am but no earlier than 10:40am. Elevators can be found on the main lobby level, please take these up to Level 3 for the Emerald Ballroom.
Cocktail Attire. Light or pastel colored dresses are preferred for ladies. Please stay away from white and black colors.

Professional photographers will take photos for us with our favourite guests. If you are comfortable, please feel free to take off your masks briefly.
Reception - Chairman's Terrace

To attend/ not?
We would love for you to attend our special day, however this is a personal decision you should make for yourself based on your health, what you feel comfortable with, and where you are located. Your health is our priority, and we know there are many factors to consider. We respect your decision to do whatever is best for you and your family and are understanding of whatever you decide. We also want you to be fully aware of the risks and hazards with respect to COVID-19 in your attendance to our wedding. We will try our best to ensure a safe environment but by attending you voluntarily assume the risk.
To ensure the safety of those in attendance, we do request that you only attend if you are currently not experiencing COVID-19 symptoms nor have had COVID-19 symptoms in the last 14 days. You have not travelled outside of Canada or in an area under a travel health advisory in the last 14 days.
What are your plans to ensure a safe wedding?
We will be following all rules set forward by the Public Health Order, and the current order requires that all guests in attendance must wear masks. Please wear masks and sanitize hands upon entry to the hotel.
We will encourage social distancing and provide hand sanitizers upon arrival. Everyone will be seated in their bubbles, and masks will be required.
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
It will all take place indoors with socially distanced seating arrangement.
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive by 10:55 am am but no earlier than 10:40 am. Our team of vendors will kindly ask you to come back if you arrive too early.
Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?
We'd like to ask you to refrain from taking any photos during the ceremony. We wish to see your beautiful faces rather than cell phones in the air in the wedding photos and videos.
Can I bring a date?
Sorry, we are not able to extend the invitation to +1s as we're hosting a micro wedding.

Fairmont Pacific Rim offers secure on-site parking.
