The first time I saw him, we were eating sushi at a local hole-in-the-wall restaurant sitting next to a window that had been shot. Despite the ambiance (and the fact that I only eat cooked seafood), we ended up not only living through the meal but also hitting it off. 7 years later, we continue to frequent this restaurant regularly.

We share a love of travelling, with our first adventure in Santorini, Greece. We enjoyed the captivating sunsets while sipping vin santo wine overlooking the breathtaking beach. (It took us a bit to realize we had to crawl through the living room window to get to our patio). This would be the first adventure of many more to come. One of our favorite destinations is Santa Teresa, Costa Rica where Michael loves to surf and I enjoy hanging upside down on aerial silks from the trees. It was magical to swim with the bioluminescent plankton, exhilarating to jump into Montezuma Falls, and mouth-watering to sample local fish caught that morning. We invite you to create lasting memories in Paso Robles, while savoring the wine from the vineyards and immersed in a Tuscan-inspired resort.

Our story would not be complete without mentioning our golden retriever Roxy. Though she tries to eat everything and will spend hours trying to catch her tail, she brings us so much love and joy with her uncontrollable excitement when we walk through the door.
