Q & A
For all our friends and family who have lots of questions, please check out our Q & A first!
When is the RSVP deadline?
Please RSVP by 15th April, so we can have an accurate headcount. :)
Are kids welcome?
As much as we love your little ones, we will not be including them in the ceremony or reception with the exception of babes in arms. However, we recognise that some of you will be traveling with your kids, so please know they are welcome at the Sunday brunch! Please reach out if you have questions!
Where should I park?
There is plenty of parking onsite
What should I wear?
Please see our Schedule for the dress code.
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
We plan for our wedding ceremony to be outdoors (weather permitting), but our reception will be in a tent :)
What kind of shoes should/shouldn't I wear?
Calling all ladies! Do not wear stiletto heels. I repeat, do not wear stiletto heels. There are a bunch of grassy/dirt areas that you might have to walk in so wear chunky heels or sandals. Can't have any of you ruining nice shoes or breaking any ankles.
Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?
Yes! We would love for you to take photos and share them on our app Joy.
However, please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony.
What food can I expect to served at the wedding?
As we are both vegan, we wanted our wedding to best reflect our tastes and values therefore plant based / vegan food and drinks will be served throughout the wedding. Should you have an allergy please do let us know as part of your RSVP.
What time will the reception end?
Whenever the last man / women standing goes to bed!
The DJ and Bar staff will finish around 2am, but that doesn't mean that the party needs to stop.
Is there a gifts registry?
Your presence is enough of a present to us, a gift really isn't necessary. If you would like to get us something a personal gift, donation to one of our favourite charities or contribution towards our honeymoon would lovely. Further details on 'Registry' page.
Registry
Your presence is enough of a present to us! We are so excited for you to join us for our day, a gift really isn't necessary, we know many of you are travelling a long way - and having you with us for our day is really all we ask for.
Those of you who are stubborn and would like to get us something, a personal gift, donation to one of our favourite charities or contribution towards our honeymoon would be lovely - we've put together a list of honeymoon activities that we are looking at doing as well as links to a couple of charities we support.
