In September 2016, Haley walked into a new production job in Chicago, completely unaware that destiny was about to work its magic. Danny, who at that time was working at the same company, immediately took notice of her. Even though their first introduction was brief, his coworkers joked around with him, saying, “You should date her,” not realizing how prophetic that suggestion would be.
Both focused on their careers, they often worked late nights together, though "working hard" often meant "flirting hard." From that point forward, their friendship grew over shared laughs and late-night projects, evolving seamlessly into romance. Their first few dates were concerts, including Haley's beloved “Good Old War" and Danny's friend's band “Owen and the Ghosts.”
Their office romance thrived, marked by candy love notes, stolen glances, and Haley's strategic appearances in the office kitchen when Danny was there—thanks to the front desk security cameras. They fell for each other's work ethic, family values, creative natures, and, of course, good looks.
Now, over seven years later, their love story, rooted in a shared passion for film, TV, music, travel, and fun in the sun, continues to thrive. Haley and Danny can't wait to celebrate their epic love story with all of you, as they get ready to embark on their next adventure together. 🤍

We’re heading to the oasis that is Palm Desert! While we won’t be able to join due to our wedding rehearsal that morning, this is a perfect window for guests to get out and explore the stunning desert landscape.
If you're interested in doing a hike Friday morning, feel free to rally a group—it’s a great way to start the weekend and soak in the Palm Desert scenery.

🏜️ Palm Springs International Airport (PSP) is your main gateway to Palm Springs, with direct flights from many cities, especially popular in October! The airport is a 25 - 30 min uber/lyft ride to the wedding hotel.
Looking for Alternatives? If you don’t mind a little extra drive, consider these nearby airports:
- Ontario International Airport (ONT): About 70 miles west of Palm Springs. Smaller and less crowded than LAX, it’s a great option with several domestic flights.
- Los Angeles International Airport (LAX): Roughly 120 miles west. It offers the most flight options if you’re looking for flexibility.
- John Wayne Airport (SNA): Around 100 miles west, this Orange County airport is another solid choice with multiple domestic flights.
- San Diego International Airport (SAN): About 140 miles southwest. Perfect if you’re planning to explore San Diego as well on either end of your trip. Which, we'd highly recommend.

By Rental Car: The drive takes about 30 minutes via I-10 East/West, providing a straightforward route between Indian Wells and downtown Palm Springs. Renting a car offers flexibility and convenience for exploring the area.
By Uber/Lyft: Rideshare options are readily available. In downtown Palm Springs, you can expect quick pickups. In Indian Wells, while rides are still accessible, they might be a bit less frequent.

What do I do if I can't make it?

Can I bring a date?
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach out with questions!
Are kids welcome?
As much as we love your little ones, we will not be including them in the ceremony or reception. We encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself!

When should I arrive in Palm Springs?
We have optional activities starting Friday morning, with even more fun on Saturday, including our welcome event. While we don’t expect anyone to join before Saturday, we’d love to get everyone acquainted as early as possible!
Palm Springs and the surrounding desert offer so much, from hiking in Joshua Tree National Park and exploring the Palm Springs Design District to relaxing at a chic poolside bar and admiring mid-century modern architecture. We’ll be heading to the desert early in the week before the wedding, so if you're around, reach out—we’d love to spend time with you!
We totally understand it’s a trek for everyone, so join us when it works best for you. This weekend is all about fun, community, and love!
What will the weather be like?

In mid-October, Palm Desert typically boasts warm, sunny days with temperatures averaging around the mid-80s to low 90s. Evenings cool down to a comfortable range, often dipping into the 60s, perfect for our festivities. We recommend bringing layers to stay cozy after the sun sets. Sunglasses and sunscreen are a must for the daytime, and don’t forget your dancing shoes for a night of fun! Can't wait to celebrate with you in this beautiful weather!
What should I wear?
We’re so excited to celebrate with you! Dress to impress in your favorite cocktail or formal attire, and don't be shy—bring on the fun colors and patterns! Comfort is key, so wear what makes you feel fabulous. Just a heads-up: please skip the jeans, denim, and shades of white. Let’s make this a vibrant and unforgettable party!
What kind of shoes should/shouldn't I wear?
Do not wear stiletto heels. I repeat, do not wear stiletto heels. There are a bunch of grassy areas you'll need to walk on, including our ceremony on a grass lawn. Opt for chunky heels or sandals to avoid ruining your nice shoes or risking any ankle mishaps. We want everyone to have a fabulous (and safe) time!
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, but our reception will be indoors so we can keep jamming past the 10 PM noise ordinance in Palm Desert 😜.
Where should I park?
If you're staying at one of the several hotels in the Indian Wells area, you should be able to walk to the venue. Guests staying at the Hyatt or Renaissance hotels can request a golf cart shuttle from the hotel front door to the venue—perfect for those in heels or anyone wanting to save their energy for the dance floor! 🕺 💃
We hope our guests will stay at the same hotel as us so we can spend more time together. If you're staying at an Airbnb or in a different part of town, rest assured that Indian Wells Golf Resort offers complimentary valet parking.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! The drinks are on us, and the hangover is on you—get ready to party! For this reason, we encourage you to Uber/Lyft to and from the venue if you're not staying at one of the nearby walking-distance hotels. Please make sure you have a safe way to get home.
Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?
Yes, and we will have a golf cart available for anyone needing assistance getting around the property!
Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?
We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. 🔕
We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures which we will share with you.
