We highly encourage everyone to book accommodations EARLY as the fall is a very popular time to be in Charlottesville.
We have secured a room block at an on campus hotel "The Virginia Guesthouse" that is brand new and opening in April. We will have roundtrip transportation between this hotel and the wedding venue.
PLEASE let us know if you have any issues booking into the block. The rooms do have a 2 NIGHT MINIMUM. There are a limited amount of rooms (Kings + Double Queens) to start, but we can add additional rooms as we hit capacity. There are also some rooms available for Thursday night as well for folks who may be wanting to come into town earlier.
We also encourage looking at other options if you desire, including other hotels or Airbnbs for bigger groups either near downtown Cville or the venue.
