In case you've not heard the long-winded story...

On a weekend away in Paris, we'd spent the morning walking around on a beautifully sunny day, lunch at a delicious restaurant, and went off to the Arc de Triomphe to take in the views from the top, where we ended up getting teargassed by the French Police for accidentally joining the anti-covid protests. After running away, we took a jam packed metro to the State de France to watch Ireland lose to France in the 6 Nations, followed by a late night romantic walk along the River Seine to the Eiffel Tower, where after finding a quite spot away from the youths, influencers and souvenir sellers, Duncan got down on one knee stating "Now's a good a time as any, will you marry me?" and obviously Fiona said yes!
