Story

After a brief introduction in the summer of 2019 at CC's coffeehouse in Baton Rouge, we reconnected thanks to that thing we call "the internet" in the summer of 2020 and immediately hit it off. From our first date at Ruffino's to our second date at French Market Bistro, which turned into a three way date with me, Em and her good friend Trisha, it was an immediate attraction (for me and Em, just to clarify!). In the 2+ years since we've been together, we've not spent more than 5 days apart from one another. We both knew right away that we were meant to be together!

Probably our first date where I held Emily's hand at the dinner table and she nearly melted with embarrassment!

This is a family friendly site!!!

Where are you going for your honeymoon?

Hoping for Paris and Italy, probably end up in Grand Isle!

What's the best meal you have eaten together?

Way too many to count. We've been to some great cities and had some amazing meals.

What's the most memorable trip you have taken together?

The weekend we got engaged outside of Cobalt Restaurant in Orange Beach.

We recommend flying into the Savannah Airport, unless you want to make the long drive!

Getting to the venue

There a lots of ways to get in downtown! There are several car rental options, and Lyft and Uber are relatively inexpensive. It's a 12 minute ride from the airport to downtown area

There is plenty of parking at the hotel and on the surrounding streets

Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?

Yes, and we will have a golf cart available for anyone needing assistance getting around the property!

What should I wear?

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Our wedding ceremony is outdoors, but our reception will be indoors. We like A/C!

What kind of shoes should/shouldn't I wear?

Whatever makes you comfortable.

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?

Yes! We would love for you to take photos and share them on our app Joy.
However, please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony.
