Can I bring a date?
In order to keep our guest list on track, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.
Are kids welcome?
We love ALL of your children, however we have decided to make this an adults-only celebration. Only children of immediate family will be in attendance. We hope you understand!
What if I have a dietary restriction?
We will have vegetarian and gluten-free options available and you can indicate your meal preference choices with your RSVP to the wedding. If you have another dietary restriction, please send us an email to let us know so we can work with venue staff to ensure you will have a meal that meets your needs.
When is the RSVP deadline?
Please kindly respond by April 20 via our online RSVP. If you find that our online RSVP is not working for you, please send us an email to let us know if you can make it (and we hope you can!).
What should I wear?
We hope our wedding will be a fun excuse to wear your favourite cocktail attire! Please note that our ceremony will take place in an outdoor garden, so dress for comfort and for class :)
Will food be served?
Oh yes there will! We will have appetizers, a 3-course meal, wedding cake, desserts, as well as various wines and beers to be available throughout the evening during the reception! Our main mission is to make you stuffed!
Our plated main entree will include braised short ribs, chicken roulade, roasted vegetable bundle & fingerling potatoes, and micro greens. Please send us an email if you have any special dietary restriction so we can work with venue staff to ensure you will have a meal that meets your needs.
Where should I park?
The venue has its own parking lots located in the front and at the back of the venue, so you should be able to find parking easily.
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony will begin at 5:00 p.m on June 21. We kindly ask our guests to arrive 15-20 minutes prior to grab a glass of bubbly and start mingling.
Do you have a hotel room block?
Yes! We’ve secured a block of rooms at the following hotel. All guests can reserve rooms either via the hotel's booking website or by calling the reservation department and quote group code or group name. To take advantage of the group discount you must book your room(s) before June 9.
