Evan and Lucie met at the end of his senior year (and her junior year) of high school. Lucie attended Evan's senior prom, but because Evan was "too cool" to attend himself, they didn't meet until the prom after-party. That was the night they shared their first kiss which marked the very beginning of their relationship.

That first summer was filled with fun parties, lots of laughs, all-night conversations, and most of all, pretending like they did not care about each other as much as they did. Lucie was drawn to Evan's cynical attitude and the fact that he was insistent that he did NOT want a girlfriend before going off to college. This, of course, only gave Lucie more incentive to try win him over. She visited him at his college almost every single weekend and finally on October 10th, 2005, they both agreed to make it official.

Since then, their love story has been a wild ride. In growing up side-by-side, they've made it together through break-ups, make-ups, deaths in the family, long distances, multiple cities, first jobs, first apartments, and traveling the world. Twelve years later, Evan and Lucie know they wouldn't have ever wanted to share any of this with anyone else but each other.
