Getting to Foxtails
Foxtails is easy to drive to via car. The closest train station is Stoke-on-Trent Railway Station which is a 20 minute taxi drive.
Stay at Foxtail Woodland Lodges
You will need a unique Promotion Code to book any of the Woodland Lodges at The Tawny Hotel. Our Promotion Code is: 23486. There are 20 Woodland Lodges at The Tawny Hotel, most of which are designed to sleep two; with a couple of Family Lodges. The Woodland Lodges can only be booked online using the special Promotion Code. The Woodland Lodges are limited to a one night stay, on the night of the wedding.

The Tawny is home to The Perch restaurant, where Foxtail Barns overnight wedding guests will be invited to enjoy a delicious breakfast together, the morning after your special day, as they look out across the shimmering lakes and gardens below.
Stay in Premier Inn - Leek
Just 15 minutes from Foxtail Barns Wedding Venue. Benefit from being able to book these great value rooms up to 12 months in advance. Call ‘Leek Link Taxis’ on 01538 399999 for the best taxi rates back to the Leek Premier Inn at the end of the night, we also highly recommend leaving your car at the Leek Premier Inn and getting a taxi to us for the start of the wedding celebrations, this way you do not need to worry about collecting your car from Foxtail Barns by 10am the following morning!

Please RSVP by 30th June 2022, so we can have an accurate headcount. :)
Are kids welcome?
As much as we love your little ones, we will not be including them in the ceremony or reception.
Where should I park?
There is free parking at Foxtails Barns.
Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?
Yes, and we will have a golf cart available for anyone needing assistance getting around the property!
Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?
Yes! We would love for you to take photos and share them on our app Joy.
However, please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony.
