When is the RSVP deadline?
RSVP deadline was June 1, 2024 and a courtesy was extended until June 21 for those who needed more time. Final Guest Count has been submitted to the venue.
Are kids welcome?
With the exception of our immediate family, this will be an adult only event. Even though we love your little ones, we respectfully ask that you please make babysitting arrangements for them on the evening of the ceremony and reception.
What will the weather be like?

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Both the ceremony and the reception will be held indoors.
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive by 5:45 pm to allow time for Valet service. The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00 PM.
Where should I park?
Valet is complimentary. Gratuity is suggested.
I am coming from out of town. Where should I stay?
A Room Block has been arranged with a fixed discounted rate for our guests at the Renaissance Ft. Lauderdale/Plantation. Cut-off date to book has been extended to July 18. Link can be found in the TRAVEL section of this page under Accommodations.
If this accommodation is not the right fit for you, a hotel search box is located at the bottom of the TRAVEL section of this page and has been pre-filled with the address to the Wedding Venue for your convenience.
Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?
Yes, with a few requests...
During the ceremony you may take video only. No still pictures, the snaps and flashes can be disruptive and distracting. We have hired a professional photographer to capture the memory.
During cocktail hour and the reception both photo and video are welcomed and encouraged.

What should/could I do between the ceremony and the reception?
Cocktail Hour at the main bar will include:
Open Bar
Selection of five delicious, hot, Butlered hors d'oeuvres
Selection of fresh chilled vegetable crudite, fresh cut and whole fruits, Domestic and International cheeses, as well as assorted flatbreads and crackers
Will food be served?
Yes.
During Cocktail hour, both hot and cold hors d'oeuvres will be served.
Dinner will be served buffet style with four stations:

Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?
Yes. Accessible entrance is located near the Valet.
Once inside Venue:
Main Bar / Cocktail hour / Restrooms are located to the right on same level.
Ceremony and Reception are located straight ahead, however the accessible ramp will be located to the left.
