Q & A
For all our friends and family who have lots of questions, please check out our Q & A first!
What will the weather be like?
Temperature should average about 20 degrees during the day and 11 degrees at night. We will have a fire blazing but please bring some warm layers for the evening.
Where should I park?
There is plenty of free parking on site.
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Our wedding ceremony is outdoors, but our reception will be covered.
What kind of shoes should/shouldn't I wear?
It is an outdoor wedding and you will have to walk through grassy/dirt areas - we would hate any of you ruining nice shoes or breaking any ankles so be aware of this when choosing footwear.
Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?
This will be an unplugged event - please let our photographer do his thing.
Whom should I call with questions?
Please call Mark on 0434836248.
What time should I arrive?
For the ceremony it is recommended that you should aim to arrive at the lookout from 3pm for the 3:30pm start.
If you are glamping you can check in at anytime from 3pm the day before.
Is there transportation being provided between reception and hotels?
Taxi/maxi’s have been preordered for those who have elected to stay off site. Contact Mark for any further details.
Outside of the event, will there be food onsite for campers?
There is a small kiosk on site that sells Coffee and tea as well as croissants, bacon and egg rolls, toasties, hot chips, burgers, pies and sausage rolls.
You are otherwise encouraged to bring your own food and camp cooking equipment.
Otherwise Gosford is a 15/20 minute drive away. There are also a few cafes within a 5 minute radius.
What alcohol will be provided?
We will have ample beer and wine for all guests, however you are more then welcome to BYO if you would like any other beverage.
