Getting There
The venue is situated on a private property with limited phone service. We advise you to familiarise yourself with the location before making your journey. Follow the Casterton-Dartmoor road for approximately 15km from Casterton. Turn right up Darwin Road (dirt road located just after the Bridge) and follow the event signs up the road. Please take it slow when on private property, as you will be entering farm land.
Phone Service
Please be aware, there is limited phone service in the area, particularly once at the venue. We apologise for the inconvenience.
Accommodation options
There are limited accommodation options in Casterton, therefore if you wish to stay in town, you will need to book in advance.
There is plenty of space for camping and parking at the venue for those wishing to stay and party on with us! The venue is also accessible to all vehicles. Portable showers and toilets will be available for guests and campers at the venue. However, all personal camping equipment (tents, caravans etc.) will need to be supplied by guests. We also ask if you are camping, that you are aware of rubbish use and disposal.
Everyone is welcome to stay and camp for recovery as well!
Q & A
For all our friends and family who have lots of questions, please check out our Q & A first!
When is the RSVP deadline?
Please RSVP by 06/11/2023
Where should I park?
There is plenty of parking at the venue.
What should I wear?
Formal attire.
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Our wedding ceremony is outdoors with marquees and umbrellas as shelter. However, please be aware the venue is exposed to all elements.
Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?
We ask that you respect our brilliant photographer and let her work her magic! We are more than happy for you to take personal photos of guests and the venue but ask you to wait for the Bride and Groom to share their professional photos before you upload any containing them on your own social media accounts.
Whom should I call with questions?
Please contact either:
Gorgia 0467094393
Stephen 0428740698
Is there a gifts registry?
As we’ve lived together for a year or two,
We really don’t need anything new.
But if you were thinking of getting us a small wedding gift,
Some money for our future wouldn’t go amiss.
When should we set up our campsite?
We understand campers may wish to set up before the event to avoid a late night set up. We kindly ask for any campers to wait until at least 11am the day of the event (to allow for last minute touches) and to take consideration of rubbish and their layout so the space can be shared and enjoyed by all.
For those coming from long distances and travelling the night before, contact Stephen or Gorgia to arrange earlier set up.
