Our wedding is taking place on a bank holiday weekend and Stratford-upon-Avon is a popular tourist location. It can get very busy at peak times and so we recommend you leave plenty of time for travel and book taxis/accommodation well in advance.
Q & A
For all our friends and family who have lots of questions, please check out our Q & A first!
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive from 1.15pm, the bar will be open for refreshments before the ceremony begins at 2pm.
Are kids welcome?
As much as we love your little ones, we will not be including them in the ceremony or reception. We hope that you are able to enjoy the day with us and make the most of being child free for a little while.
Do you have a wedding gift list?
The best gift we could receive is to share our special day with you.
But if you would like to give a gift, travelling is what we love the most so we would really appreciate a contribution to our honeymoon fund.
There will be a postbox at the venue for any cards on the big day.
How should I get to and from the venue?
You are welcome to drive and park at the venue. If you'd prefer a taxi, we have provided a list of recommended taxi services on this website under the 'Travel & Accommodation' page.
The venue is in a rural location and it is also a bank holiday weekend so we would advise all guests to book their travel well in advance, it's better to be safe than sorry.
Where should I park?
There is plenty of free parking at the venue with space for all of our guests. You are welcome to leave your car overnight at the venue until 11am the following day. Please ensure all cars are collected by this time.
What if I have a dietary restriction?
Please let us know about your dietary requirements in your RSVP response. If you would like to follow up with any further details, please contact Grace on 07837 430625 or at grace.bailey94@yahoo.co.uk
Where can I stay near the venue?
We have provided a list of recommended hotels and AirBnBs on this website but there are plenty of other options nearby too. Stratford-upon-Avon is approximately a 15 minute drive from the venue and has plenty of choice for accommodation.
As the wedding is on a bank holiday weekend, we recommend you book well in advance if you are going to be staying over.
Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?
We would love for you to take photos throughout the day, however, please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony (lets save that for the photographer!).
I have a question not answered here; how do I contact you?
In the run up to the wedding, if you have any questions please speak to Grace on 07837 430625.
