Story
Grant and Heidi met one of the first days of Freshman year at Covenant College and immediately hit it off...as friends. They were quickly dubbed the "mom" and "dad" of the friend group and for the first semester, they had a lot of fun getting to know each other within the friend group. A few weeks into the second semester they took the leap and became official. This was no surprise to the rest of the friend group who had started placing bets on when it would happen by that point.
A month into dating Covid-19 hit and Covenant shut down. In the 5 months of long distance that followed, they spent many hours on the phone getting to know each other better and having conversations about life, beliefs, and dreams.
The following months and years allowed them many adventures together, even traveling to Hawaii with their roommates! They enjoy spending time with their friends, traveling together, spending time outside, and serving at church together. They both graduate in May and are excited to have the rest of their lives to continue the adventure!
