Not every question is for every guest. If you're asking about the rehearsal dinner, the after-party, or anything else that only applies to part of your guest list, you can limit who sees it. Here's how.
Before You Start
For this to work correctly, RSVPs should be restricted to guests on your guest list. This ensures the right questions reach the right people based on their tags or names. See Strict Name Matching for Your Wedding RSVPs to set that up.
How to Set Question Visibility
Click RSVP from your Event Dashboard. The Questions tab opens automatically.
Expand the question you want to target by clicking on it.
Click Ask at the bottom left of the question card.
In the Question Visibility panel, select Specific guests.
Click Select Guests and Tags.
Choose the tags or individual guests you want to see this question, then click Done.
Click Save.
Notes:
If you select Specific guests but don't choose any guests or tags before clicking Done and Save, the question will be set to 0 guests and won't be shown to anyone. You'll see a warning inside the question card if this happens. Go back into Ask to select guests or switch back to Anyone who visits your website.
If a question is limited to specific guests, any follow-up questions attached to it will also only be shown to those guests.
