Note

Wedding location

We will be saying "I do" on Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Canada.
We invite you to celebrate with us at the beautiful Villa Eyrie Resort, which is an intimate and secluded venue just north of Victoria, BC. We chose Villa Eyrie because it will allow us to spend the whole weekend with our closest friends and family — truly our dream come true! We kindly request that all of our guests book their stay at the resort. Please reach out if you have any questions or need our help with travel planning.

Note

Reserving your room at the Villa Eyrie Resort

The Villa Eyrie Resort has several room options on a temporary hold for the Gabriel-Cardoza party. Check-in for all guests will be September 29th. Guests may choose to stay for 2 or 3 nights (check out Sunday October 1st or Monday October 2nd). Please visit the resort website to book your 2 to 3 night stay using our Group ID: 84730. All guests must have their rooms booked by June 22, 2023.

If you wish to drive to the wedding, you can take the BC Ferry directly from Vancouver (Tsawwassen Terminal) to Victoria (Swartz Bay). If you wish to drive to the wedding from the Olympic Peninsula, you can take the Black Ball Ferry Line which goes from Port Angeles to Victoria. You can book your ticket online in advance. The Villa Eyrie Resort is roughly 35 minutes from the Victoria Terminal.

Schedule

Q & A

Can I bring a date?

Due to the small, intimate nature of our wedding, we will be unable to accommodate +1s.

Are kids welcome?

As much as we love your little ones, we will not be including them in the ceremony or reception.

What will the weather be like?

Temperature will be in the 60s during the day and in the 40s at night. Weather will most likely be sunny or partly cloudy, with a small chance of rain.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Both

Registry

Your presence is enough of a present to us! But for those of you who are stubborn, we've put together a wish-list to help you out. We are registered at CB2, Crate and Barrel, West Elm, Pottery Barn, William Sonoma and (which is where you can find our china pieces). We would also LOVE a TJMaxx or HomeGoods gift card–– because who doesn't appreciate a DEAL on the must-have home essentials?
