Accommodations are covered for all guests from February 11 - 14. Checkout at the venue hotel will occur on Feb 15th. Flights should be booked/confirmed with the travel agent by 01 October 2025.

We have provided an additional accommodation option for guests choosing to arrive before February 11th who may want to stay near Sahil and Janeé in Ahmedabad, India.

For guests arriving on February 11, 2026, we recommend flying directly into Udaipur and checking in at our wedding venue, Sterling Aravalli Udaipur, as travel from Ahmedabad to Udaipur takes about 5 hours.

Additional dates for stay that are outside of 11-14 Feb 2026 will be the responsibility of the guest and should be communicated and paid through Sahil and Janeé.

Rates online for Pride Plaza Hotel, Ahmedabad are different than our rate since we have a corporate partnership with the hotel.
