To the Church!
1:45 PM to 3:00 PM
The service will begin at 2pm - please arrive before this to be seated (the bride promises to be on time!!)
We have use of the Overstone Combined School car park, which is a 1 minute walk to the church - postcode for sat navs is LU7 0NY
Formal
Wedding reception and canapés
3:00 PM to 4:30 PM
After the ceremony please make your way to Old Park Farm, LU7 0LB (look out for the sign posts!) for welcome drinks, light bites and some entertainment on the lawn.
Wedding Breakfast and Speeches
5:00 PM to 6:30 PM
PARTY TIME!!
7:00 PM to 2:00 AM
Evening guests are very welcome any time from 7pm onwards for drinks and dancing!!
There is no curfew so we can dance the night away into the morning! Those staying off site however will need to pre book taxis as the venue is a beautifully remote spot.

Post-Wedding BBQ / Pool Party!!

For those of you who are staying a day longer, we are going to setup a BBQ and open up the pool to help wash away those hangovers!!
Feel free to grab your kiddies if they fancy a splash about, all welcome!

Being able to celebrate with you all is more than enough of a gift, especially after the year we have all had! For those who have been asking for gift ideas, we would be beyond grateful for any contribution towards our honeymoon.
We have set up a Honeyfund account but it's default is set to the USA so you just need to change it to UK before adding details in (I did a test and it took me a while to figure this out).
Alternatively we will have a card box at the reception which keeps things simpler!

Getting to the Church:
If you are driving please park at Overstone School, next door to the church, or on the surrounding roads.
If you Taxi to the church then there will be lots of guests willing to give you a lift down to the farm (it's only a five-minute drive).
In addition if the weather is good and you fancy a stroll you can walk to the farm across the fields in 15mins. (It is very pretty!)

From the church to the Venue:
Follow the postcode LU7 0LB and you can't go too far wrong! There will be signposts from the Cublington Road in Wing to direct you into Old Park Farm.
Let us know if you are planning on driving home on Saturday night rather than taking a taxi so we can ensure you don't get blocked in.

Feel free to bring your own tent and camp on site for free! We will have toilets and there are shower facilities at the pool house (however these are communal so bare that in mind!)

When is the RSVP deadline?
Please RSVP by 5th July so we can have an accurate headcount.
Are kids welcome?
We are just having children in the wedding party and close family so grab a sitter for the night and get your dancing shoes on! We do recognise that some of you will be traveling with your kids, so please know they are very welcome at the Sunday BBQ and pool time fun! Please reach out if you have questions!
Where should I park?
For the ceremony please park at Overstone school (next door to the church) or the surrounding roads. Then follow the signs to the farm, where there is plenty of field parking available.
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Our wedding ceremony is indoors, but our reception will be in a tipi outside. Of course, we are hoping for sunshine, however, please keep an eye on the forecast leading up to the day and bring appropriate outer layers and footwear.
What kind of shoes should/shouldn't I wear?
The event is in a field, so it may be best to wear a chunkier heel or flat. PS come prepared to dance into the small hours!
Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?
Please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, but we look forward to seeing your snaps of the rest of the day #JessandTom2021
