Since there will be seniors and people with weakened immune systems attending the wedding, we’ll be asking everyone to mask up during the ceremony. This is for the ceremony only - masks will not be required once the reception begins. Please bring your own mask. We will have some extras handy if you forget. N95 and KN95 masks offer the best protection both to yourself and others.

We are also requesting that all attendees take a COVID rapid test on the day of the wedding. We’ll be using the honour system. When you arrive at the wedding venue, someone will ask to confirm you’ve tested negative for COVID earlier that day. If you’ve forgotten to take a test the day of, we’ll have a handful of extra tests at the venue, but keep in mind the test takes about 20 minutes to complete. We're asking that guests arrive at 4:30, and the ceremony begins at 5. Please plan accordingly.

It goes without saying that if you test positive for COVID, please do not come to the wedding. We want to make sure that all of our guests are able to enjoy safely and leave feeling happy and healthy.

In Ontario, you can pick up a free box of five tests at many grocery stores and pharmacies for the next two weeks. We ask that anyone living in Ontario please procure your own free tests now. The Ontario government website has a list of participating locations (covid-19.ontario.ca/rapid-test-locator). If there’s a similar free programme where you live, please take advantage of it.

If you are having difficulty finding a free COVID rapid test, please contact Jason Sadler at jason@sadlerjw.com as soon as possible, before March 25, and we will mail you a box of tests.
