Ceremony
2:30 PM to 3:30 PM
Please take your seats by 2.15pm; the ceremony will start promptly at 2.30pm.
Shuttle Bus
3:30 PM to 3:45 PM
Buses will leave from the church and go straight to Lime Wood Hotel for the reception. The journey takes roughly 10 minutes.
Hotel Check-in
3:45 PM to 4:00 PM
Please check in to your room, where you can drop your bags. Accommodation will be provided at either Lime Wood or The Pig nearby. We will let you know in advance which hotel you'll be staying at.
Reception
4:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Join us for champagne and canapés at Lime Wood. We hope to be in the garden, but if the weather isn't ideal we'll retreat to the courtyard bar.
Dinner and Dancing
6:00 PM to 1:00 AM
The best bit. Please take your seats for a delicious supper, followed by drinks and dancing in the courtyard bar.

Travel
Getting There
The church is in Lyndhurst, Hampshire in the heart of the New Forest. It is easily accessible by car and there is parking at the church and on roads nearby.
If you're travelling by train, the nearest station is Brockenhurst which takes 90 minutes to reach from London Waterloo. A taxi to the church takes 10 minutes - some taxis are available at the station, but we recommend booking one in advance.
Accomodation
Accommodation will be provided at either Lime Wood or The Pig nearby. We will let you know which hotel you're staying in closer to the time.

When is the RSVP deadline?
Please RSVP by 1st February.
Are kids welcome?
Yes! Children are very welcome to both the ceremony and the reception. Please let us know when you RSVP if you'll be bringing any children and how many. We have a certain number of rooms that can accommodate cots, an additional small bed, or bunk beds and can allocate one of these to you.
Where should I park?
Some parking is available at the church and on nearby roads. Ample parking is available at both Lime Wood Hotel (where the reception is) and The Pig in Brockenhurst for those staying there.
What should I wear?
The dress code is formal, but please wear whatever you feel comfortable in.
