It was a sunny March day in 2015 when Josh first laid eyes on his lady while enjoying spring break in Miami, Florida. The two met in passing but as fate would have it they would both be attending college, HBCUs, approximately 30 minutes from each other, India (Hampton) and Josh (Norfolk).

The pair went on their first date seven days later. Their first date was to the movies in Josh’s hooptie. In true college sweetheart from Josh’s car shrieked the whole ride to and from. But that didn’t stop the two from having a good time. Ultimately, it was Josh’s persistence and chivalry that won India over.

Fast forward three years the pair tied the knot in an intimate ceremony in Woodbridge, Virginia. Later that year they welcomed a beautiful baby girl, Mahogany Aniya Regis. When they are not busy chasing behind a rambunctious toddler they enjoy cooking together, traveling, and sharing laughs with friends and family.
