Newagen Seaside Inn is a three hour drive from Boston and a 90 minute ride from Portland, Maine. Portland's Jetport services a number of destinations on the eastern seaboard and may be a convenient option for anyone traveling from the D.C., Philly, NJ or NY area. Otherwise, Logan Airport would be your best bet if you plan to fly.

Newagen is located on Southport Island, adjacent to Boothbay Harbor. The historic Southport Island swing bridge (ca. 1939) opens on signal from Oct. through April, so drivers may have to wait a few minutes to get on the island.

5. Boothbay Harbor Oceanside Golf Resort is a Non-Smoking resort. Smoking in any room or balcony will result in a $200.00
