Accommodations
Toronto has a wide range of boutique and name brand hotels across the city, we have obtained discount codes at two options through the links noted below (note that if you would like additional days, you can call the hotel to extend the discount).
1. The Royal Sonesta is in Yorkville (~45 minute drive to the venue) and is well situated near restaurants, shopping etc.
2. The Pan Pacific is the closest option to the venue (~5 minute drive) (2.8 stars on TripAdvisor)
Some additional hotel ideas include the Radisson East Toronto (~10 minutes to the venue), the Park Hyatt (~45 minutes to the venue) and The W (~45 minutes to the venue).

Ceremony and Reception
5:00 PM
Our ceremony will begin at 5:00pm in the garden, and be followed by cocktails, dinner and dancing. Please aim to arrive no later than 4:30pm and remember to account for Friday Toronto traffic, which can be unpredictable in the summer.

When is the RSVP deadline?
July 15th, 2025.
What time should I arrive?
We suggest that guests arrive no later than 4:30pm, the ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm. Please remember to account for Friday Toronto traffic in your arrival time, which can be unpredictable in the summer.
Can I bring a date?
Unless indicated on your invitation, please do not bring any additional guests.
Are kids welcome?
Children are not being invited to the event.
What should I wear?
The dress code is Black Tie Optional. Please note the event takes place indoors and outdoors. We recommend shoes that are compatible with walking on grass and cobblestone.
