For those using public transport, please use citymapper or google maps! Please note - as the venue is in Richmond Park, there is no public transport directly to the venue. The nearest bus stop is approximately 0.5 miles away from the venue.

We advise booking your taxi in advance as early as possible (before the night). If you wish to arrange a taxi with a company other than those listed above, please inform the controller the only access to Richmond Park is via Richmond Gate (the gate postcode is TW10 6BF)

Location or App based Taxi- Uber, Ola etc. have trouble locating Pembroke Lodge so we do not recommend using them. If you do please ensure you advise them to use Richmond Gate (the gate postcode above can be added as a waypoint)

You are permitted to leave your car overnight in the public car park. Please ensure you display a parking permit available from the bar to avoid a parking ticket.

If you are driving to the venue, please leave extra time to get parked – perhaps an hour before ceremony as the car park can get extremely busy and it is open to the general public

Pembroke Lodge strongly advise against walking in the park after dark. The roads are not lit and Richmond Park is a nature reserve where wild deer roam freely. The deer often are located on or near the roads between
the venue and Richmond Gate. Please trust them, you do not want to come across a large stag late at night!

The closest park gate to the venue is Richmond Gate (north west corner of the park), so we would recommend looking for accommodation in the Richmond and surrounding areas (e.g. Sheen, Twickenham, Kingston, Ham, Teddington...). We're staying in the Richmond Hill hotel if you wanted to join us.

Please do book accommodation as soon as possible as places are likely to book up in summer (and it is also Wimbledon Finals weekend)!
