We will be stuck in meetings with the registrar prior to the marriage, so grab a drink, catch up with those you know, say hi to those you don't yet know (our families don't bite) and relax.

Please remember to be respectful of the staff during the wedding, as they will be working their socks off all day. "Please" and "thank you" costs nothing 😉

Be mindful that it is an active golf course. Although we're in a separate area, there will be golfers on the day - don't do anything stupid 😉

Grab a pew - Groom's friends on the right, Bride's peeps on the left - we'll be as quick as we can through this bit. Please do your best to let our amazing photographer Ben and his team do what they do best (remember we will be annoyed, and come and find you, it it turns out you were the one who messed up those crucial shots!) :p

We'll be disappearing after family shots, to have some professional photos done, so please enjoy a drink.

If you've brought a change of shoes, by this time at the very least, you will be able to use the baggage tag (provided in your invite) to label your dancing shoes for later and put them on the shelf; we will however not be responsible for missing or damaged shoes!

This is also a good opportunity to find your seats and get to know the people you'll be sitting with for the next few hours! :D

Menus have now been released for the eating part and the deadline for filling in your forms is 31st March. This will be the time for the speeches etc

Keep your wits about you - this is a brunch like no other! ;)

We're kicking off the festivities with the cutting of the cake at 4pm and our first dance to get the music going; please grab your partners and join us during the second verse! We'll have games on the lawn, get lots more photos with you all.

Tea and Coffee will be served; other drinks available at the bar.

You may wish to change your shoes at this point to prevent blisters! Feel free to re-use your baggage tag and the shoe storage - remember, your lost shoes are not our responsibility!

If you need to leave early to take the little ones to bed, or head home to feed your fur babies, please let us know if you might be one of these parents so you can ensure you get your fair share of cake!

19:00 will see some form of evening food for those remaining (details still to come) We will be leaving on the playlist, so be sure to let us know your favourite song(s) in your RSVP. The firepit will be available for toasting marshmallows, as well as a sweets stall!
