Kylie Side of the Story
Somewhere between photoshopping Quintin's face onto a Llama and nearly dying on a hike up to GOLDBUG. I realized I really like this boy. Quintin was my FHE brother at the start 2020. There wasn't some BIG moment I knew Quintin was the man I was going to marry. It was in the little moments of him singing hairspray with me, seeing him laughing with his family, him navigating an ER room and taking care of me, or making sure my water bottle was full, or the real self-sacrificing moment of him going into ULTA with me. haha. There are countless moments that point to Quintin being the one. I am definitely someone who enjoys a good adventure, and Quintin always seemed up for anything. Loving Quintin has been the best adventure I've ever had the pleasure to be a part of, and I can't wait to do life with him.
It may have taken a worldwide pandemic to help bring us together, I know the last two years have been an incredibly hard time for a lot of people, us included. BUT these last two years have been the best I've experienced in my 25 years of life and that is because of Quintin. I am so grateful to have met Quintin and have him by my side as we navigate life together.
I can't wait to marry this amazing man and celebrate this wonderful day with all the people we love most.
Quintin's Side of the Story
The moment that stood out the most for me before we ever dated was her sneaking over to our apartment at 6 in the morning to heart attack us and even decorating our apartment in the Office theme despite never seeing the show. From that moment on I tried all I could to get close without breaking my rule of going on a date with someone in my FHE group (this was a hard rule to keep).
Whether it was hiking straight up mountains, driving through potato fields at 1 am, and transforming the living room into a personal theater I knew this girl was different and special. Kylie has proved time again how strong she is, and how much patience she has, I mean 3 months into dating she joined our family reunion and was able to make it through that with only small scars and minor nightmares.
I lost job opportunities, missed out on graduation, was stuck inside for a month, but our relationship is the perfect result that came from the terrible pandemic. throughout our time together I have continued to grow closer to her and love her more each day.
