We recommend flying into Faro Airport as this is the nearest airport to Albuferia. It is then only a 40 minute taxi ride into Albuferia.

Luna Solaqua Hotel & Apartments is a 12 minute walk from the beach. It is located in the heart of Albufeira, within a 10-minute walk from both the New Town and Old Town. This is where we will staying during our wedding trip to Portugal, until we leave for our honeymoon.

It is a little further out but still a great location for those looking something away from the town.

HOTEL VILA GALE CERRO ALAGOA- is situated 6 minutes from the beach. In the heart of Albufeira, Vila Galé Cerro Alagoa is close to Fisherman's Beach and walking distance from the shopping centre, restaurants and bars of both New Town and Old Town Albuferia.

BRISA SOL APARTHOTEL (Beside Villa Gale Cerro Alagoa)- a great location, set between the new and old parts of Albufeira – you can walk to both in less than 15 minutes. There are plenty of bars and restaurants on both sides, as well as sandy beaches.

ALFAGAR CERRO MALPIQUE APARTMENTS - A great hotel perched on a hillside in the popular resort of Albufeira, only 500 metres and a very short walk to Old Town Albuferia with beautiful rooms or self-catering apartment rooms to choose from.

CERRO MAR ALANTIC APARTMENTS- Boasting an elevated position, the Cerro Mar Atlantic Apartments overlooks the Old Town of Albufeira and offers spectacular views of the vast Atlantic Ocean. A 500 metre distance to old town with a complimentary shuttle bus to and from the hotel to save you walking those hills. However the view is worth it!

HOTEL BALTUM- For those who like being right in the centre of the town life and walk right out of their hotel straight on to the beach. Rooms overlook the beach right below and you are in the centre of everything!

Of course, there are plenty of apartments, villas, Air BnB's and other hotels in Albuferia to choose from also. We recommend staying near Old Town Albuferia, but new town is only a 10 minute walk away. So whatever you chose, you won't be too far from the nightlife, or our beautiful venue.

Guests can stay as long or as short as they wish and we understand a lot of our guests have young children, work commitments and other responsibilities at home they want to get back to. Thus we have not planned any events after the wedding. We instead hope to have one very special and memorable day!
