Story

It is not a coincidence that we are getting married in a former prison. That's where Lauren found Dave...

Just kidding. But they first bonded over a shared love of dismantling the prison-industrial complex.
And Broadway.
And Food.

Fast forward a year...they got engaged.
Another year...well, that's May 13th.
We hope you'll join us as we write the next chapter!

5:00 PM to 5:45 PM

We're getting married! Weather permitting we'll be outside....keep checking the weather reports. Currently, we'll need galoshes and umbrellas, so come prepared! But if you tend to run cold like Lauren, couldn't hurt to bring a shawl anyway.

Dress Code

Wedding Reception

Questions?

We've got answers...or at least a few of them...

What if I have a dietary restriction?

There's a question about dietary restrictions in the RSVP. If you already RSVP'd and did not add in a dietary restriction, you can easily go back in and edit. We'll do our best to accommodate all allergies and restrictions!

Are kids welcome?

The ceremony and reception are adults only (with the exception of nursing babies), but we'd love to have kids join for the rest of the weekend. Josh and Amanda live nearby and know some trusted babysitters in the area. If you'd like some help figuring out a sitter, please let us know. And if you're looking for some kid-friendly things to do in the area that weekend, Sesame Place is just down the road!

When is the RSVP deadline?

Kindly RSVP by April 1st

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony starts at the Michener Museum at 5. We'll have a bus running from the Homewood Suites at 4:00pm, stopping next door at the Hampton Inn, and heading to the Michener at 4:15. There will be a second bus from the Hampton Inn ONLY at 4:40PM SHARP! Lauren's good friend Melissa Laney Elliot has offered to be our bus contact, so if you have questions, call her at 501-607-0926. Look for the First Student School Bus with "Jones / Unger Wedding" in the window.

Where should I park?

There's a parking lot at the Michener Museum. The parking lot is about 100 yards from the Museum, and it looks like it will be raining, so bring an umbrella!
If you prefer (or plan to imbibe), we will have a bus running to the Michener (see the previous question!)

Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?

They are. If you need some extra help getting around, please let us know.

What should I wear?

Casual cocktail? (Google says it's a thing!) We plan to dance...a lot...so wear something that makes you feel good and that keeps your feet happy. Assuming the weather is nice, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, so maybe bring an extra layer if it's chilly.

Whom should I call with questions?

On the day of, if you have any questions, call Lauren's brother Alex (781-883-3534) or Sister-in-Law Allison (617-290-9073).

Again, if you are catching the bus, Lauren's good friend Melissa has offered to be our bus contact, so if you have questions, call her at 501-607-0926.

Registries!

Your presence is enough of a present to us! But for those of you who are stubborn, we've put together a wish-list to help you out...actually a few different lists!
