Getting In
You can fly into Fiumicino Airport (FCO) or Ciampino Airport (CIA) which are both 30 minutes from the venues. Please let us know your flight details via your RSVP, as we will be organising coaches to and from the venue.

What date should I arrive and depart?
The wedding is a three-day event. We would love you to join us on Monday 11th April for the welcome barbeque at 7.30pm. The wedding ceremony and reception will take place on Tuesday 12th and the pizza and prosecco party will be on Wednesday 13th.
All guests will depart on the morning of Thursday 14th April. You will receive a wedding itinerary when you check-in. There will be shuttle buses to and from the venue from both airports and Rome city centre.
If you are unable to attend for all three days please let us know via your RSVP.
What will the weather be like?
The average temperatures for April can reach up to 20ºC. While afternoons are often warm and sunny, temperatures can drop rapidly in the evenings so you should expect cooler weather towards the end of the day.

What if I have a dietary restriction?
The hotel caters for all dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, celiac, allergies). When you receive your RSVP please include this information.
What facilities are there at the venue?
Borgo di Tragliata is a green and organic farm countryside venue. Guests can enjoy two outdoor swimming pools, a playground for children, and a pool bar. There is also an outdoor football pitch and an indoor games room to play pool, table tennis, and foosball.
A 6km country track surrounds the hotel and you can tour the farm on foot or use the hotel bicycles free of charge.
The hotel also holds cooking and drinks-making courses that you may wish to avail of.
What other leisure activities are in the area?
Located at the entrance to Rome, Borgo di Tragliata overlooks from above an impressive tufa buttress. The hotel is 20 minutes from the mediterranean sea and its beautiful beaches. There are golf courses, water parks, and sightseeing tours.
Can I book hair and makeup appointments?
The cost is €25.00 for a blowdry, €40.00 for an upstyle, €30.00 for makeup, and €25 for shellac nails. Please contact us if you'd like us to help you organise this.
Is there an ATM machine at the venue?
No, there isn't an ATM machine at the venue. You can use your card to pay for food, drinks and your accomodation.
How do I book accommodation?
Once you RSVP your accommodation is automatically booked. Just arrive and pay at check out!
What kind of shoes should/shouldn't I wear?
The grounds around the hotel are uneven and cobbled and the ceremony is due to be held on grass- a block heel or wedge rather than stilettos.
How much will it cost to get to and from the venue?
The coach price will be approximately €7 each way. Taxis are also available if required:
