Story
We met at Emma & Shez's Thanksgiving party at the King's Cross clocktower. Emma had worded me up beforehand that she had invited a former work colleague (Lianna) who was lovely. We were seated next to each other and we haven't left each other's side since.
Tidbits
How did you first meet?
We are the only people that Emma and Sherry have ever tried to set-up - quality strike rate!
Who made the first move? How?
Lianna was oblivious that she was being set-up. After we chatted throughout the night in the clocktower we walked to the tube station together and I asked for her number.
Dom still believes that he was so irresistible in his big coat that I came onto him.
What was your most memorable date?
We started dating around Christmas and I arranged a date to the Natural History Museum for ice skating. It didn't cross my mind that Australia is pretty hot and Dom wouldn't be able to skate. It was like dragging Bambi round the ice for an hour. But we still had a great time together.
What's your favorite activity together?
Food, wine, cocktails and holidays! Do they count as an activity?
Where are you going for your honeymoon?
We are travelling back to Australia for Emma & Shez's wedding - so we are keeping up the tradition of having Annette & Gerrard on the honeymoon.
What's the best meal you have eaten together?
8 course meal and wine pairing at Restaurant Gordon Ramsey for our 6 month anniversary, it was pretty hard to top that early anniversary.
What's the most memorable trip you have taken together?
We have had some amazing trips (Pre-COVID) but our 2 weeks driving around Europe together ticked all the boxes
We take pride in
Hosting cocktail nights and entertaining

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Weather permitting our wedding ceremony will be outdoors before moving into the barn for the reception. The wedding ceremony can be held in the barn if it is chucking it down.
Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?
Yes! We would love for you to take photos and share them with us, except for the ceremony when we'd like you to share the moment with us.
However, please refrain from posting them on social media until after the event.
How will food and drinks be served?
We will ensure you are well fed throughout the day and night, but please let us know if you have any dietary requirements when you RSVP to ensure we can cater for you.
In true Aussie style there will be an open bar. We will be providing beer, wine, soft drinks and a small supply of spirits (Gin, Vodka and Spiced Rum). You're welcome to bring anything outside of this if you wish.
