Flying In
We recommend flying into:
1. Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP) - 3 hr. 10 min. drive
2. Central Wisconsin Airport (CWA) - 40 min. drive
Both airports have rental car options.
Camping is available on-site at the venue
If you prefer to camp, there will be space on the venue's property for tents or campers (no power hookup available). Restrooms are available on site. Camping is permitted from June 21st - June 23rd. If you have questions about camping, call Tim at 239-850-3033.

When is the RSVP deadline?
Please RSVP your attendance by April 1st. Your timely response is important for our planning purposes! Thank you. :)
Can I bring a date?
Once you begin your RSVP, +1's will be listed. Please be sure to fill out a response for all names listed. Names will also appear on your invitation envelope.
Are kids welcome?
As much as we love your little ones, we will not be including young children in the ceremony or reception. Older children that are included will be noted on your Invitation or RSVP. We invite you all to enjoy a carefree weekend away if you are able!
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Our wedding ceremony is outdoors, and our reception will be in a tent - we will celebrate rain or shine. :)
What will the weather be like?
Welcome to the Northwoods of Wisconsin, all of you out-of-towners! The weather here is beautiful in the summer. During the day, the weather could average 75-80 degrees, and will likely be cooler at night (55-70). Please bring some warmer layers for the evening such as a sweater or a light jacket.
Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?
Yes! The ceremony and reception are located on the same property, and there will be a wheelchair accessible toilet available. There are no stairs or harsh inclines on the property. The property is mostly grass and gravel so please plan accordingly!
Where should I park?
Feel free to park at the Rodeway Inn & Suites in Tomahawk WI if you would like to utilize the shuttle service (available on the 22nd only). Otherwise, there will be free, grass lawn parking available at the venue. Vehicles can be left overnight at the venue with no penalty.
What should I wear?
Let's keep this light and fun! Think semi-formal & summery. Please bring a sweater or light jacket in case of a cooler evening breeze.
What kind of shoes should/shouldn't I wear?
Calling all ladies! Do not wear stiletto heels. I repeat, do not wear stiletto heels. There are primarily grassy & gravel areas that you will have to walk on, so wear chunky heels / sandals / wedges.
Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?
Please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony itself.
What should/could I do between the ceremony and the reception?
Cocktail hour begins after the ceremony. There will be an open bar, cocktail snacks and lawn games on the property! Please refrain from approaching the wedding party as they will be taking photos during this time.
Is there WIFI at the venue?
No - The venue is located at a private residence and there will be no public wifi. The remote nature of the venue could mean reduced cellular reception as well. Please plan accordingly.

Will food be served?
Yes! We will be serving a Mexican Buffet style dinner with vegan and gluten free options. Cocktail hour snacks will also be provided.
How can I share photos that I take during the wedding?
Great question! We would love for you to share photos and support our digital guestbook - you can contribute by following the steps below!
