When is the RSVP deadline?
You must RSVP and pay your $200 deposit by May 1, 2023. This is a non-refundable deposit to secure your room reservation.

What are the room rates?
Contact Kristi Smith to book and pay your deposit. She can also answer any additional questions you have.
Rates are per person/per night with a 3-night minimum.
Resort View: $326.00
Ocean View Suite: $334.00
Ocean Front Suite: $342.00
Club Ocean Front Suite: $350.00
Deposit to book is due by May 1, 2023, nonrefundable.
The total cost of your trip is due by March 11, 2024.

Yes, please be sure to add them when you RSVP.
Can I book my trip after the May 1, 2023 deadline?
After the May 1, 2023 deadline, the pricing and availability may change. If you decide you want to attend AFTER May 1, 2023, you will need to check with Lisa and Kristi for details.
Is airfare included in the group rate?
No. You will need to purchase your own airfare.
Kristi will be able to coordinate transportation to and from the airport if you'd like. Please note, this will be a separate fee.
Do we have to stay at the resort to attend the wedding?
No. You can stay where ever you like, however, if you are not staying at Hyatt Ziva you will need to purchase a day pass ($170) to have access to the resort and attend our wedding.

What will the weather be like?
Hot! But the evening will cool down. Remember, we will be outside for the entire celebration. Dress accordingly.
Remember, this is a tropical island. Occasional showers are possible.
Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?
Yes! We would love for you to take photos and share them in instagram #GoingGarzaCancun
However, please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony.

Will you have babysitters on the premises?
The resort does offer childcare services for a fee. Refer to the Hyatt Ziva Cancun website for more information and feel free to contact them for additional questions.
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
We plan to do everything outdoors weather permitting.
What time will the reception end?
10 pm officially.
The hotel bar remains open until 1 am if we want to keep the party going!

Yes.
