Story
This isn't a rom com, this is Gabriel & Michelle's love story.
The two fell in love while Michelle was visiting Maui on family vacation. They met at Paradise Grill in Ka'anapali and talked for hours. Gabriel romantically wiped the sweat pouring from Michelle's face: that's when she knew he was a keeper. They did the long distance thing for a bit (but we can think of worse than commuting between San Diego and Maui) and she eventually moved to Maui with their dog Richard in 2017.
Many beach days, surf sessions, footgolf Fridays, date nights, concerts at the MACC later -- Gabriel popped the question in a fashion that caught Michelle off-guard. What was posed as a dog photoshoot, which is far less farfetched than it sounds, was a guise for the romantic setup in Kapalua at Ironwoods Beach. Gabriel was fully suited up to get down on one knee and Michelle was shocked and *both* were sweaty.
We would be honored and so delighted to share our big day with you!

What should I wear?
Hawaiian chic. Gentlemen, your finest aloha shirts and linens. Ladies, summer / beachy dresses.

The great outdoors!
What kind of shoes should/shouldn't I wear?
Ladies: please do not wear stilettos! I repeat, do not wear stiletto heels. The grass is gorgeous and unforgiving -- chunky heels or sandals = safe & comfy.
