Story

The first time I met Matthew, I handed him an bush chook from behind the bar in the WASM social club listening to some Australian country music. It was diggers and dealers, we were both fan-girling over Nathan Sharpe; who is going talk to him first - I think he won. It didn't take long for me to completely fall in love with someone so left field. It did take a long time to convince him Boulder was a safe place, after getting chased with an axe on our second date. Matt has taught me so much about being peaceful as well embracing the crazy.

When I met Marlene I couldn't take my eyes off her while I was playing pool and she was jamming to the country songs while behind the bar. I tried to impress her with my limited knowledge but turns out she was messaging her brother for good songs, from the start we were both trying to impress each other. Working with her at the WASM Social Club for the diggers and dealers made me fall in love with the person she is. Apparently, I can't take a hint when it comes to signs someone likes me, in my defence, I didn't expect to find the love of my life in Kalgoorlie, but I am very lucky that I did.

Our wedding ceremony is indoors, but our reception has outside areas.

Yes! We would love for you to take photos.
However, please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony.
