For many of you, driving will be the easiest option. Your GPS can help find the way.
If you are flying, the best airports are either Albany (ALB) or Burlington (BTV). If you plan to fly, let us know and we'll try to connect you with others so you can share a car.
Book your room as soon as your can. There is no major hotel in Schroon Lake and the following accommodations will book up fast because of the season.

What will the weather be like?
It will be crisp and cold. Please pack a coat. The ceremony is outside. We would really like everyone to wear jeans and their favorite sweater or whatever makes you comfortable. The Groom will be in jeans. Please don't outdress the Groom.
Where should I park?
There is plenty of free parking.
What should I wear?
Casual, Causal, Casual. Jeans. Sweaters. If Melissa has ever knit you something, it would be a good time to wear it!
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Our wedding ceremony is outdoors, but our reception will be indoors.
What kind of shoes should/shouldn't I wear?
Everyone should be in their comfy dancing shoes!!
Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?
Yes! We would love for you to take photos and share them with us.
Please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. The professional photographer has the ceremony covered!
