NICOLE & MICHAEL

To make planning easier, we are sharing a few hotel options, but feel free to stay wherever you would like. We have not booked any room blocks. July is the area's peak season so hotels can book up fast, especially on weekends. We recommend reserving your room early to lock in the rates while rooms are available.

If you would like to stay with us at our venue, use discount code 2707ESRY. When you use the code, you have the option to cancel your room for free up to 72 hours before check-in, and you are not required to pay until the time of your stay. You get this for the price of a basic booking with an additional 20% discount. The code can be used for stays Friday through Tuesday. It cannot be combined with any other offers and must be reserved through the hotel's website.

We also recommend shopping around for the best rates on third party sites. You can use our code to lock in a room and then take your time searching for better deals knowing you can cancel the first booking for free. If you do find a better deal, The Malcolm offers a price-match policy. If you find a room for cheaper on another site, they will price-match and provide an additional 10% discount on top of the matched price.

If you have a large group, one of the many Airbnbs in the area may be more cost-effective.

Overall, we recommend staying somewhere in downtown Canmore that is walkable to the venue to avoid traffic and parking difficulties in town during the busy season. Parking is free at the venue for the wedding day.

Note: Prices shown below are in Canadian dollars, meaning they are about 30% less when converted to USD. Also note that some credit cards and debit cards may charge a small exchange fee.
